INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We have no influence over customs and therefore cannot be held responsible for any potential delays. You will have access to tracking information as soon as it becomes available to us.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES (excluding weekends and public holidays)
a) United States: 7 to16 business days (tracking system available)
b) International: 7 to 21 business days (tracking system available varies)
In extremely rare cases, packages may take longer than the predicted delivery timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unforeseen delays that may occur en route. If this occurs, we ask for your understanding and patience. If no tracking updates have been received for more than 30 to 45 business days, we will ship a replacement package.
This may be especially true during the busy holiday seasons towards the end of the year (November and December), promotions, and certain other conditions.
PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Please be aware that processing time is separate from shipping time and must be added to the total delivery time. Orders are normally processed within 4 to 6 business days (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office). After your order has been finalized, our shipping provider will collect your shipment for delivery. Your online tracking information will be emailed to you and made available on our website.
Processing Time - in extremely rare cases, may take longer than the predicted duration. We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding and patience during such delays.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
After 30 minutes, we will not be able to cancel a placed order because it may have already been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@royallyyours.co if you would like to cancel a recently placed order.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS
We are not liable for packages that are returned to us as refused, unclaimed, deliverable, or because of an insufficient or wrong address. If you detect an incorrect or insufficient address when you receive the confirmation email, please send us an email with the amended information as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed, the address cannot be changed.
REFUND POLICY
We normally do not issue delivery-related refunds on products because the delivery time and product description are listed on each product page, and it is the customer's responsibility to read this information before making a purchase. However, if you believe that your goods have been damaged, you can send us photographs of the product, its packaging, and your customer information so that our team can dispute this issue based on the information given.
CUSTOM/ DUTY FEES
The customer is responsible for customs fees. Please verify with your local customs office for fee information. Also, kindly notice that in rare situations; customs agents may delay delivery of select products.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Occasionally, a single order may be divided into multiple packages for any of the following reasons:
- Certain items may be on back order
- Weight restrictions for ordinary shipment imposed by the post office
- Multiple designers/warehouse locations (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)
